Welcome to In Pouch. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the In Pouch mobile application. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. App Purpose
In Pouch is a tool that allows users to submit publicly accessible video links for processing within the app. The app is intended only for lawful use.

In Pouch does not claim ownership of third-party videos, media, or other content accessed through user-submitted links. All rights remain with the original owners.

In Pouch is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, or any other third-party service.

- misuse third-party content,
- attempt to interfere with the app’s operation,
- Use the app for unauthorized downloading or distribution of protected content.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, link, or platform.
